Welcome to Find Your Motive. Our commitment is to get your fashion to you swiftly and efficiently. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process. After an order has been placed you automatically agree to our shipping policy.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Allow us a maximum of 1 week to process and dispatch your order.
Pre-Order Products: For items on pre-order, please expect a shipping timeframe of 15-35 business days following the closure of the pre-order period, which typically ends on Fridays for the week's lineup.
International Shipments: It's important to note that for orders shipped outside of the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, or frees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered by Find Your Motive and should be settled upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid custom charges.
Package Responsibility: Once we hand over your parcel to USPS, UPS, or DHL, Find Your Motive is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs in transit. Nevertheless, we are more than willing to assist you with the carrier's claim process to help locate any misplaced items.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3-20 business days.

After processing, items typically arrive within the following time frame:
- Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary. We do our best to ensure that your products reach you in the quoted time, but external factors can cause delays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All tracking information can be found in the tracking section of your shipment.

Find Your Motive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Find Your Motive is not liable for any products damaged for lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
